Like an in-person event, companies with relevant products and services have the ability to participate in the event with their own sales-oriented presentations. All attendees have the ability to enter your showcase, and when they do, your presentation goes live instantly. All of the showcases collect data from the registered attendees and this information is passed along to you. On the live main presentation date you can monitor the showcase theater and choose to interact with any visitor who stops by, through your chat sessions. 

Recording The Sessions

Whether you are a single presenter or part of a panel, all of the content can be recorded remotely. Our production staff has powerful professional Internet-based recording tools that capture your live conversations, digital presentation deck slides and supplemental videos and we can even produce graphic overlays to complete the finished look of your session. These recordings can be done live, or in advance to fit everyone’s schedule. 

Audience Data

All attendees will be required to register through an online form. The demographic data tells us a great deal about the audience and we can share that information with our digital exhibitors and sponsors.

The Micromobility Business Conference takes place using the Hopin platform, one of the most
stable and value-recognized services for online programming worldwide. Micromobility
Business will include the three most important elements of conferences: world-class content on
the Main Stage, product demos and exhibit spaces in the Expo, and one-on-one networking
without interaction features.

  • 20-minute keynote presentation by a company executive including the ability for video clips,
    photographs, white papers, and product fact sheets all featured together during the session;
    downloadable video of the presentation with Micromobility Business branding and implied
    endorsement. Keynote will reside on our event archive site for at least six months.
  • Exhibit booth at the top of the expo layout grid includes an option for video or an interactive
    Google Slides deck with the ability to link to outside sources. Our team will build the online exhibit
    booth on your behalf with digital assets collected from you.
  • Full registration roster with demographic data, including participation data on viewership and
    exhibit visits.
  • Company name integrated into the event name with company logo prominently featured in
    audience recruitment programs, blog posts, and website listings.
  • Exhibit listing on our website, placement for at least six months.
  • Posting of a blog written by your team on our website and republished via our LinkedIn group.
  • Five passes to the online conference
  • 10-minute presentation by a company executive during the conference; downloadable video of
    the presentation with Micromobility Business branding and implied endorsement. The video will
    reside on our event archive site for at least six months.
  • The exhibit booth in the Industry Sponsor tier of the expo layout grid, includes option for video or an interactive Google Slides deck with ability to link to outside sources.
